We have updated the drivers to the latest version. We have changed the settings from within Excel, in the Windows "Devices & Printers", and from the Print server. and it printed single-sided in spite of the settings. Then she printed the exact same document, same printer, same settings, same everything. and it came out double sided beautifully. I have personally witnessed this phenomenon I watched a user open a document, check the printer settings, print. It happens randomly, but probably 50% of the time. We have some large Excel files (controlled documents) that must be printed double-sided, However, sometimes they print double sided & sometimes they don't. Weird situation that's beginning to drive me crazy
